Experience:
Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-12, or equivalent in other pay systemsExamples of specialized experience includes knowledge of large-scale aircraft maintenance organizations and of the functions and operations of other Wing/ base activities (i.e., Civil Engineering, Personnel, Manpower, Logistics, Operations, etc.) and interrelationships between the Maintenance Group, Pacific Command (PACAF)/A4, Air Combat Command (ACC)/A4, System Program Offices, Joint Program Offices and Global Logistics Support CenterKnowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and proceduresKnowledge of personnel management policies, practices, and procedures including the ability to adjust work operations to meet emergencies; change program or production requirements within available resources and with minimum sacrifice of quantity or quality of work; and establish program objectives or performance goals and assess progress towards their achievementComprehensive knowledge of large, multi-engine and fighter aircraft maintenance requirements to include sortie generation, scheduled/unscheduled maintenance; back shop/component repair and maintenance data collection/analysisKnowledge and skill in applying, principles, concepts and practices of aircraft maintenance to plan and direct activities of a large-scale aircraft maintenance organizationFEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
