Experience:
Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-10, or equivalent in other pay systemsExamples of specialized experience includes practical knowledge of a wide range of rules or operations for projects involving specialized or complicated procedures requiring substantial training or experience in methods and practices of drafting techniques; knowledge and experience in exercising judgment to interpret drawings, plans and specifications and take action or make recommendations based on preliminary data interpretation or analysis; knowledge and experience in using standard mathematical formulas to make computations, identify and correct deficiencies, and prepare and present reports and documentation; and skill in technical writingFEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
